"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full." John 10:10.

The Life to the Full: Phase I

Expanded Campgrounds and New Wash House

Recognizing the need to provide families and people of all ages the benefits of enjoying nature, adventure, silence, and spiritual connection, we want to use our unique site to foster these opportunities! The campgrounds is a “lab” for this loving, laughing, learning, and living that has reached its current capacity.

Program Enhancements

Desiring to “jump start” ministries that the first two elements will facilitate, staff and strategies will be funded to engage the current population by providing meaningful programming to campground, youth, retreat, and cottage campers. This staff position will also initiate outreach to new communities and cultivate programs to meet the needs of churches.

“Life to the Full” Initiative

“I have come that they may have life…and have it to the full.” John 10:10

We are on the threshold of a huge initiative that will launch Warner Camp into exciting growth for the future. Many of us have prayed long for God’s direction and timing for this. As we have been asking “what’s next”, we believe God has been answering and working. We are excited and eager to share the unfolding story.

At its heart, the Initiative is about ministry and mission. After months of prayer, dreaming, talking, listening, and planning we believe it is time to share the plans for the “Life to the Full” Initiative. The upcoming new developments for the campground, a multi- purpose space for recreation, worship, and community building and other future ministry developments are clearly focused on our mission.

The generations before us invested themselves deeply to make this a place where “life changing experiences” happen again and again. We are a part of that legacy. It is exciting and challenging to know that we now have the opportunity to bless the next generations with enhanced ministry that will lead new people to know Jesus Christ.

There have been four primary task forces that have been at work. You might like to know a bit about these four. The Prayer Task Force began with a prayer-walk through the campus and continued with regular prayer meetings. The Ministry Task Force looked through the ministry lens to build detail to the vision for mission growth of programming and facilities. The Site Task Force took these design criteria and selected a design team that helped to build-out these ministry tools. And the Development Task Force is even now making plans to share the details and to invite and challenge you to help provide the resources to make these enhancements for the ministry of Warner Camp.

Big challenges lie ahead – but the dividends are incredible. And the new ministries we embark on will honor God and impact people
