Terry Blackford

Lead Pastor – Crossroads Community Church

Terry Blackford graduated from Anderson University in 2006 and completed his Master of Arts in Counseling in 2015 from Spring Arbor University. He started working in youth ministry in 2004 and served on the Michigan State Youth Convention board for three years as he was helping plant a church in Battle Creek, MI. Terry is passionate about developing healthy churches and healthy Christ followers in the life of the church as he has been the Lead Pastor for seven years at Crossroads Community Church in New Albany, IN. With amazing love and support from his church family and incredible wife of 19 years, Karissa, and his three boys, Parker, Hunter, and Tucker, Terry has been able to further the call the Lord has given him by speaking at NorthEast Ohio’s Youth Winter retreat, Warsaw Camp and Retreat Center, and Michigan State Youth Winter Retreat.



Cameron Aldrich

Gathering Director – The River Church, Lake Orion

Cameron Aldrich, a native of Battle Creek, MI, is currently the Gathering Director at The River Church – Lake Orion where he oversees and leads the worship and production ministries. He has worked in multiple church ministry settings focusing on worship ministry for the past 7-1/2 years dating back to 2014. Prior to his current position, Cameron most recently served as the Worship Director at Farmington Hills Church of God for 4-1/2 years; he also served as the Worship Leader at North Avenue Church of God for over 3 years at the start of his ministry career. Cameron received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Spring Arbor University, where he majored in Worship Arts/Worship Ministry. Cameron and his wife, Raeann, met at the St. Louis Camp Meeting of the Church of God back in 2014 and have been married for 5 years since August 2017. They have two daughters, Adalyn and Ainsley.
